Job Title: Automobile Sales Executive
Job Type: FullTime (CommissionBased)

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automobile Sales Executive to join our team. This role is commissionbased offering substantial earning potential for those who excel in driving sales and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales outstanding communication skills and a passion for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to prospective buyers.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell new and preowned vehicles to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Assist customers with financing options and vehicle tradeins.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay uptodate with industry trends market conditions and competitive offerings.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to optimize sales strategies.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional service before during and after the sales process.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in automobile sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of vehicles automotive industry trends and financing options.
- Excellent communication negotiation and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region.
Compensation:
