Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnership:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and
challenges providing HR expertise and guidance. Act as a bridge between the
HR department andthe business units ensuring HR strategiessupport the
overall businessstrategy.
2. Talent Acquisition:
Work with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop
effectiverecruitment strategies. Participate in the recruitment process
including candidate sourcing interviews and selection.
3. Employee Relations:
Address employee relations issues providing guidance and
recommendations toresolve conflicts or concerns. Investigate and address
complaints or grievances in accordance with company policies and legal
regulations.
4. Performance Management:
Provide support in performance management processes including goal
setting performance evaluations and development plans. Coach managers on
effective performance management techniques.
5. Organizational Development:
Identify opportunities for organizational improvement and change
management initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning succession planning and
talent development strategies.
6. Training and Development:
Assess training needs within the business unit and recommend appropriate
learning and development programs. Support the implementation of training
initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
7. Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs
ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals. Provide
insights on compensation decisions and adjustments.
8. HR Policy and Compliance:
Interpret and apply HR policies ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws
and regulations. Maintain awareness of changes in labor laws and
industry trends to inform HR practices.
9. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make
Datadriven recommendations. Prepare regular reports for management on
HRrelated metrics and initiatives.
