• Expert Consultation: Serve as the goto expert on Eggplant test automation tools and best practices. Provide strategic guidance on the implementation and use of Eggplant solutions across various projects and teams.
• Solution Design: Design and develop comprehensive test automation solutions using Eggplant tools. Customize and optimize Eggplant scripts and frameworks to meet specific testing needs and improve test coverage.
• Implementation Support: Oversee the deployment and integration of Eggplant solutions within the existing testing infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration with other testing tools and environments.
• Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for test automation using Eggplant. Develop and maintain guidelines standards and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of test automation efforts.
• Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to team members on Eggplant tools and test automation techniques. Conduct workshops and create training materials to build internal expertise.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Eggplant test automation. Work with development and QA teams to address and mitigate any challenges encountered during testing.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for Eggplant test automation processes including test plans scripts and reports. Ensure documentation is uptodate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers developers QA engineers and other stakeholders to understand testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with advancements in Eggplant technology and industry trends. Propose and implement improvements to enhance testing processes and automation strategies.

• Extensive experience with Eggplant test automation tools including Eggplant Functional and Eggplant Performance.
• Strong understanding of test automation methodologies and frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex test automation solutions.
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and mentor others.
• Experience with integrating Eggplant with other testing and development tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages used in Eggplant (e.g. Eggplant VUser scripts).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in test automation with a focus on Eggplant tools and solutions.
• Relevant certifications in Eggplant or test automation are desirable.
