Requirements

• Experience in Health and Wellness in Sales & Marketing
• Experience with highend leisure agencies
• Experience & network with key feeder markets : GCC Europe CIS
• Expertise in all kinds of activation of the Sales segment
• Work in synergy with the Health & Wellness Department

The key responsibilities

• Responsible to plan and implement sales and marketing and product development programs targeted to local and international markets

• Increase brand awareness and promote the resorts services and products in ways that strengthens the reputation of the organisation and facilitates its growth

• Responsible for the set up and operations of the sales and marketing department of the resort to ensure goals and objectives are achieved
  

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to ensure organizations goals and objectives are achieved

• Develop and recommend resorts positioning and pricing strategy

• Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to present standards and industry and economic trends
