Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Legal Consultant / Director and enhance office effectiveness
- Effectively communicate with clients colleagues and partners
- Translate contracts agreements etc.
- Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research
- Locate and develop relevant case information
- Conduct the work with integrity and responsiveness
- Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
- Answer and direct phone calls and maintain contact lists
- Monitor deadlines and juggle legal calendars
- Ability to analyse a range of legal situations
- The Manager or the Director is authorized to assign the employee to any task within the department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in law or in related field
- Understanding of relevant legislation policies and procedures
- 2 4 years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with law legal procedures and protocols
- Excellent Knowledge in Saudi Labor Law.
Skills and Competencies:
- Comprehensive understanding of legal principles regulations and procedures relevant to the organizations industry and operations.
- Ability to research interpret and apply laws statutes and case law to provide accurate legal advice and guidance.
- Proficiency in drafting reviewing and negotiating various legal documents including contracts agreements and legal correspondence.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and liabilities in contractual arrangements.
- Proficient command of English. Arabic is preferred.
