About the Role
The Sportsbook Manager will oversee the daytoday operations of our sportsbook ensuring a seamless and engaging betting experience for our patrons. With a focus on operational efficiency customer satisfaction and compliance the ideal candidate will bring 2 years of experience in sportsbook management and a proven track record of success in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Supervise sportsbook staff manage scheduling and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee daily operations including cash handling betting operations and customer service.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patrons addressing inquiries resolving issues and enhancing the overall customer experience. Foster a positive environment to attract and retain customers.
- Compliance: Ensure all operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Monitor betting activities and maintain accurate records in accordance with legal and internal policies.
- Staff Training: Train and develop sportsbook staff on operational procedures customer service skills and compliance regulations. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional strategies and special events to drive engagement and increase revenue.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sportsbook management or a related field. Proven track record of managing sportsbook operations and leading a team.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of sportsbook operations betting systems and industry regulations. Familiarity with relevant software and technology.
- Skills: Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in problemsolving and conflict resolution.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Sports Management or a related field preferred.
