Tasks
- Project management and followup for folders magazines and Point of Sale (POS) materials
- Encoding corrections and managing email campaigns
- Managing and expanding of our database
- Support internal teams in project delivery ensuring compliance with client expectations
- Manage daily communication with clients and the team responding to inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
- Quality control of all project outputs
- Stay informed about current trends in advertising and media to share relevant insights with the team and clients
- Assist in analyzing project performance and preparing campaign/digital reports
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an advertising agency
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French
- A handson mentality to push projects to a higher level
- A drive to execute work in the best possible way and the brains to see pitfalls and opportunities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Strong passion for advertising and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
