Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve inquiries from the main queue chat platform and email.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns.
- Listen to complaints empathize with customers and work towards effective resolutions while maintaining professionalism.
Requirements:
- Native German
- B2 proficiency in English
- EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
