The responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults, resolving network issues, and installing and configuring hardware and software.Responsibilities:Install and configure users' workstations, software and peripheral devices.Ensure total integrity and security of the systems throughout the company.Test and evaluate hardware and software for eventual purchase.Provide technical assistance to company employees.Monitoring server's performance and data links connectivity.Maintain inventory of supplies related to computer equipment.Assist in performing and administrating of data backup system.Monitoring voice recording systems and calls retrieving
