Job Overview:
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders this role ensures the sales team is supported through detailed analysis process improvement and strategic planning. The Sales Operations Manager liaises between the sales team and other departments such as Marketing Finance and Product Development to ensure alignment and achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Assist in developing sales plans and targets and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Sales Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed sales analyses to identify trends challenges and opportunities. Develop and maintain sales reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales effectiveness.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutions to streamline operations. Ensure sales tools and technologies are fully leveraged.
Sales Training and Development: Oversees training and development programs for sales staff and ensures the sales team has the necessary skills and knowledge to sell the product effectively.
Sales Support and Administration: support the sales team assisting with proposals contracts and client communication.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Product and Finance teams to ensure sales strategies align with company goals and product offerings.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: I assist with sales forecasting and budgeting processes. I ensure sales plans are in line with financial objectives.
- CRM and Technology Management: I oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems and sales technologies. I also ensure data accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.
