الوصف الوظيفي
- Provide appropriate responses regarding the proper use of health products to the requests of patients and health professionals
- Ensure the traceability and quality of medical information activity
- Ensure the life cycle of FAQs and Standard Answers (creation / update)
- Updating procedures and participating in the continuous improvement of processes related to the Medical Information activity
- Carry out scientific monitoring of products and their environment
- Participation in company projects, the Pharmaceutical Division or the Medical Information department
- Production and sharing of summary reports of processed Medical Information requests, intended for cross-functional teams
- Profile sought:
- Pharmacy student looking for a 6-month internship or a year of apprenticeship as part of a university course such as a Master 2.
- You have a good command of IT tools (Office Pack) as well as English, both spoken and written.
- You are curious, willing and motivated by a strong desire to learn. You are rigorous and organized, have a taste for teamwork and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
