Company Introduction

Based in Shanghai since 2006 INS Global has developed a strong network throughout the world. With an established presence in more than 20 countries and more to come were gearing up to go further. However we believe in quality over quantity. We bring mastery of service to our clients in the countries we serve. That s where you come in. At INS Global we re about to rewrite the history books on how companies expand their businesses.
We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with global vision to join our dynamic and tightknit team

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote the company s products/services (PEO Recruitment HR Consulting Company Registration etc.) addressing or predicting current or prospective clients needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Keep records of prospects sales process status invoices and revenue generated etc. via our CRM
  • Ensure the implementation of our business strategy
  • Represent INS Global during events (trade shows conferences exhibitions)
  • Prepare sales contracts negotiate and ensure adherence to lawestablished rules and company guidelines/standards
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
  • Support our Account Managers in customer requests
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers


Requirements

MustHaves:
  • Bachelor s degree or above.
  • At least 2year work experience in a Sales or Customer serviceoriented job
  • Native English speaker and speaks Spanish or other language would be a plus.
  • Strong mastery of Pack Office
  • Business acumen thrive in a high paced work environment like to take on challenges.
LikeToHaves:
  • 25 years professional experience
  • Teamspirit mindset
  • Sales experience in B2B
  • Familiar with Teams Zoom and CRM s
  • Interest or first experience in HR services
  • Quick leaner reliable and get things done.
  • Time management and organizational skills
