Job Title: Power BI Expert / Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

1. • Collect analyze and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights.
   • Develop maintain and manage advanced reporting analytics dashboards and other BI solutions using Power BI.
   • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data validation and reconciliation.

1. Power BI Development:

1. • Design and build robust data models using Power BI to meet business requirements.
   • Create complex DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) formulas for advanced data calculations.
   • Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports with a focus on usability performance and scalability.

1. Collaboration & Communication:

1. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
   • Present datadriven insights and recommendations to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
   • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration and data availability.

1. Data Management & Governance:

1. • Implement best practices for data management governance and quality assurance.
   • Ensure data security and compliance with organizational and industry standards.
   • Monitor data performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.

1. Continuous Improvement:

1. • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and Power BI.
   • Provide training and support to team members on Power BI tools and techniques.
   • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science Statistics or a related field.
• Experience:

• • Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or related roles.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI including creating reports dashboards and data models.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience in querying relational databases.

• Technical Skills:

• • Proficiency in DAX and M (Power Query) language.
  • Experience with data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality management.

• Soft Skills:

• • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other BI tools such as Tableau QlikView or Looker.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R.
• Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
