For the vacancy as a Service Desk Agent is a dynamic and technically proficient professional who excels in problemsolving possesses excellent communication skills and demonstrates a customercentric approach.
Required skills
- Fluent in Italian
- Working proficiency in English
- Troubleshooting hardware and software familiarity with OS and common applications.
- Strong communication interpersonal patience and empathy.
- Analytical and critical thinking for efficient issue resolution task prioritization.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts ITIL framework knowledge is a plus.
- Accurate documentation of support interactions and solutions reporting on common issues.
- Collaboration with crossfunctional teams for issue resolution willingness to share knowledge.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and changing requirements flexibility in a dynamic environment.
- Efficient time management to meet deadlines task prioritization based on urgency and impact.
