About this role
We are looking for a senior sales manager to build lead and drive our regional sales efforts in the Philippines and other selected markets in APAC. In our sales team identifies evaluates and pursues new business opportunities with financial services firms in defined target markets while deepening existing client relationships.
In this role you lead and execute company s Sales and Marketing Strategy and drive and accelerate the companys rapid growth in the target markets. You have a proven track record of sales within FinTech and a good understanding of the Wealth Management industry and its products.
This position reports to the Head of Sales Asia Pacific.
Your responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing the companys presence with financial institutions across target markets
Ensure relevant positioning and strategy for target markets
Generate new leads and business opportunities
Exceed agreed sales targets by winning platform and enterprise contracts
Link company s Sales and Product Management teams to create relevant and comprehensive product solutions
Collaborate with the delivery team articulating customer requirements to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery support initial handholding and build longlasting relationships with clients
Ensure relevant positioning and strategy for target markets by benchmarking competitors features and products
Understand translate and map clients business requirements to company s offering and help clients evaluate its benefits and value
Represent company at local industry events and conferences
Provide accurate and timely management information including pipeline updates activity reports bid reviews contract details
Your qualifications skills and experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Business/Finance
Indepth knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Management industry and its products
Minimum 8 years of SaaS and Platform sales experience with banks and financial institutions
Strong existing network within the relevant target groups on senior and Clevel
Knowing and understanding local culture and business practices in the region
Proven track record of platform/SaaS sales and client acquisitions within the financial industry
Solid understanding of digital wealth solutions and technologybased investment platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills at the senior management level
Strong decisionmaking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
