Sales Lead Player Coach

Reel Recruit is seeking a Sales Manager for an AI technology company based in Glasgow. This role is perfect for a sales professional with strong management skills ready to lead a team while actively engaging in sales activities. Experience in recruitment or a strong background in sales is ideal for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead mentor and develop a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Sales Activities: Participate in sales activities including prospecting running product demonstrations and closing deals.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve company goals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Monitor and assess team performance providing guidance and support to improve effectiveness.
- Market Analysis: To adjust sales strategies keep uptodate with industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
- Reporting: Regularly update sales performance team activities and market insights to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including marketing product development and customer support to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Strong background in sales preferably within AI technology or recruitment with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Ideal for those currently in management roles or looking to step up.
