About the Job:
We're looking for a results-oriented individual with a track record of exceeding targets as a business development or inside sales representative. The ideal candidate is quick learner, who can engage with customers & prospects to position Digital.ai solutions. In this role, you will help drive Digital.ai's qualification & discovery process with customers, execute inbound/outbound demand generation programs with the objective to establish meetings with sales Account Executives in our APAC business.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and research existing and potential customers using various tools and methods (e.g., social media, industry events, CRM (SFDC) systems).
• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach to generate new leads and set up qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Qualify Leads: Engage with inbound campaign leads, understand their needs, and determine their potential fit with our solutions via BANT criteria.
• Activity & Pipeline Management: Perform multi-touch activity methods to connect with customers across inbound and outbound campaigns and manage the progression of opportunities in conjunction with sales Account Executives.
• Market Trends & Analysis: Stay informed about DevOps and Security industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute inbound/outbound programs, refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.
• Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a business development or inside sales role, preferably in the software or technology industry.
Skills:
• Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Start-up Approach: Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• DevSecOps Knowledge: Ability to understand complex software solutions and articulate their value to potential clients.
• Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce.com and outreach tools like Groove or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Outcome Focused: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
