الوصف الوظيفي
Purpose: Support customers in delivering Enterprise solutions, including but not limited to: Security, SD-WAN Switching and Routing, ADC, , WLAN and Data Management (Backup and Recovery).
Candidate must have hands-on experience in security solutions including : SSE/SASE, Firewalls, ATP, IPS,DLP,CASB, AV, URL Filtering, Sandboxing and SSL inspection.
Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales L1 and L2 support to customers (on-site and remote)
- Plan , document and execute customers PoCs on different solutions. Focus on Security and SD-WAN
- Participate in regular sales reviews and account planning sessions along with other EBU members
- Install and configure our solutions including but limited to: operating systems, software, and hardware components, and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks.
Requirments:
. B.Sc. Engineering [ Computer, Software, Telecommunication, Security and Networking] or CIS/MIS /CS with relevant technical experience.
