Operation Manager - Diammonium Phosphate

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the DAP plant to ensure production targets are
  met.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize plant performance and improve efficiency.
  
• Monitor production processes and equipment to maintain quality standards and maximize output.
  
• Lead a team of supervisors and operators providing guidance training and support as needed.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to schedule and execute preventive maintenance and repairs.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental standards and quality control protocols.
  
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  
• Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
  
• Prepare reports on plant performance production metrics and operational KPIs for senior management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Process Engineering or a related field. Advanced
  degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial role in a DAP manufacturing plant.
  
• Indepth knowledge of Diammonium Phosphate production processes and equipment.
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices for chemical manufacturing.
