Responsibilities:
- Internal Audits: Conduct comprehensive internal audits based on security requirements and certifications such as ISO 27001.
- Data Protection Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local data protection regulations.
- Contract Audits: Regularly audit contracts to verify compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- Certification Management: Implement and maintain certifications such as ISO 27001 PCI DSS ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments to address audit findings and close gaps effectively.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct training sessions on data privacy and information security to enhance organizational awareness.
- Fraud Investigation: Independently investigate fraud cases compiling detailed investigation reports.
- Risk Assessment: Perform annual process risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 57 years in driving and implementing risk and compliance policies ideally within the BPO/SSC industry.
- Education: Graduate degree in any specialization.
- Audit Expertise: Proven track record in conducting internal audits and managing compliance with certifications.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to assess risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Shift Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts.
