Participating in cross-functional business decisions, aligning partner teams, and recommending long-term, data-backed solutions.
• Leading deployment of process standard implementations and upgrades within the fulfillment and transportation network.
• Delivering scoping documents, setting objectives, analyzing data, and driving quantifiable success metrics.
• Supporting end-to-end roadmaps and developing overall program delivery strategies.
• Managing change request processes and mechanisms.
• Contributing to creation and improvement of operational standards, partnering with local teams.
