الوصف الوظيفي
- BIM Model Development:
- Create and manage detailed 3D BIM models for structural elements using software such as Revit, Tekla, or similar.
- Develop and integrate structural design solutions within the BIM framework.
- Ensure models are up-to-date and reflect the latest design changes and specifications.
- Coordination and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure cohesive and clash-free designs.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure that models are implemented accurately on-site.
- Design and Documentation:
- Prepare structural drawings, details, and schedules from BIM models.
- Prepare fully reinforcement drawings and details for type of structural elements.
- Conduct structural analysis and design calculations to verify the integrity and compliance of models.
- Generate and manage project documentation, including model reviews, clash detection reports, and project workflows.
