YOUR TASKS:
Ensure a smooth transparent working relationship between Sales Development/Sales Support and all concerned internal partners (Sales team Pricing Sales Admin Network).
  • Keep DHL Regional and Local Management up to date on relevant Regional Sales Project/ Tools development within the country.
  • Take the lead in establishing protocols and rules of engagements between departments.
Standardization Process Tools Technologies Policies Measures
  • Standardize the Regional Sales Training Guidelines Regional and Global tools Reporting requirements Sales process and policy.
  • Ensure adherence to Global and Regional standardization policies to ensure the Sales Processes and Systems are aligned across the region and globe.
Implementation of Sales Capabilities Enhancement Projects/Tools
  • lead Global initiatives be part of global & regional projects programs and manage UATs locally train the team on any system/tools developments for effective results.
  • Ensure that the Sales Projects/Tools are properly implemented and are robust enough in their execution to ensure the Projects/Tools are successful and sustainable (full responsibility for the success of the Sales Projects within their country)
  • Drive the implementation and the Global Selling Process and Sales Force Automation Projects
  • Implement Regional Sales Projects/Tools and Measurement guidelines and ensure adherence.
  • Monitoring the ongoing practices and measurement systems.
Sales Force Automation Project Deployment
  • Implement the Sales Force Automation Projects (COMET STELLAR) with the assistance from a regional team and ensure that all Salespeople use the system on a daily basis to log in all sales activity required to ensure maximum value is attained from the system.
  • Ensure that the Sales Pipeline from COMET is correct and opportunities reflected in the Pipeline are a true reflection of country opportunity.
  • Constantly monitor the COMET reporting system and advise the SPD Manager of any anomalies against standard.
Periodic Reporting
  • Ensure daily/weekly/monthly Reporting requirements are adhered to for both Country and Region.
  • To assist in Regional led Sales Audits.
Customer Relations & Communications
  • Ensure that proactive customer support (internal & external) is provided in a professional timely and complete manner and that account managers are aware of issues that may affect their customers.
  • Ensure that communications to the field are sufficiently timely targeted and precise to produce minimum disruption and service failure levels whenever new initiatives or amended routines are commenced

3 years experience in a sales support role. with 1 year DHL experience required.
