Qualification: MBA/ MSW HR
Experience: 7 years of experience in any FMCG / Food company as Regional HR to taken care of Marketing Team
Salary: 25000 to 30000/ (Based on Experience)
Languages known: Tamil English Hindi

Job Description:
The HR is dedicated to the Marketing Team plays a key role in ensuring the effective functioning of the sales department through strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a blend of HR expertise to create a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and On boarding:
Coordinating with sales managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
SchedulingRecruitment and On boarding of all Marketing Staffs and ensuring sufficient field force.
Sourcing screen and interviewing candidates for sales positions ensuring alignment with departmental goals and cultural fit.
Facilitate the on boarding process for new sales team members providing necessary training and orientation with faculties.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate sales team performance. By setting performance goals and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.
Develop strategies to recognize and reward top performers and address underperformance proactively.
Training and Development:
New recruits to be schedule for induction training in Head office and evaluate their performance for three months.
Identify training needs within the sales team and develop training programs to enhance sales skills product knowledge and customer service related trainings.
Coordinate with internal or external trainers to deliver training sessions or workshops tailored to the sales teams requirements.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make arrangements for retraining if necessary.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between sales team members and HR department addressing concerns grievances or conflicts in a timely and confidential manner. Creating a positive work culture within the sales team through effective communication teambuilding activities and recognition programs.Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and legal regulations related to employment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Completion of full & final settlements on time to all sales team based on the approval from sales team.
Provide guidance to sales managers on compensationrelated matters including salary reviews promotions and benefits administration.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze HR metrics related to the sales team such as turnover rates sales performance and training effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management highlighting key HR insights and recommendations for improvement.
Preference
Candidates having high experience in recruitment and Team Management in any type of industries.
Candidates having high exposure in MS office and Spoken Hindi.
