Scaffolding Manager

1. Set and update the scaffolding department policies, procedures and OC to improve work processes

2.Prepare the annual estimate scaffolding budget including the projects’, maintenance workshop’s and department’s needs.

3.Prepare the provision plan of scaffolding items to ensure satisfying the projects’ needs on time.

4. Coordinate the release plan of scaffolding components with the project manager to arrange transferring them to other projects or the warehouse

5. Determine the material that will be purchased or rented based on the project budget and timeline in coordination with the Finance and the Top Management.

6. Send the MSR to the purchasing department and evaluate the technical and financial offers sent by the suppliers in coordination with the section head.

7. Check the availability of rented materials within suppliers’ companies to finalize the provision plan and resolve any problems that may arise.
