• Oversee all Veeva projects manage budget and timelines
• Configure and customize Veeva CRM based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
• Design and implement solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain system documentation including configuration guides and user manuals.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure quality and accuracy of system configurations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users.
• Stay current with Veeva product updates and new features and recommend enhancements

Requirements :

• Managed Veeva system
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• At least 3 years experience as a Veeva CRM implementor or administrator.
• Strong understanding of Veeva CRM functionality and capabilities.
• Handson experience with Veeva configurations custom objects and reports.
• Experience with Veeva Vault and Veeva event Management is advantage
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
• Veeva certifications (e.g. Veeva Vault Veeva Administrator Veeva Developer) mandatory
• English Fluent
