Project Manager

Job description

In this role as Project Manager you will manage Medium / large scale projects from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. with experience in all Schneider ‘s equipment such as the low and medium voltage &Transformer & DC system & Basic Automation and prefabricated steel solution projects.

This includes all stage/phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor & Control, and Closing) seeing that it is completed successfully, within the given deadline with consideration to the company strategy and customer satisfaction, and excellent management skills to coordinate with the entire team & the clients and stake holders with considering the following:
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
• Minimizes our exposure risk on project with Managing the scope and project budget.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Tracks & follow up and reports team activity on a weekly basis.
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables.
• Analyses project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Handle Business Process Re-engineering and performance development.
