+ Participate in hiring and training sales executives,
+ Organise and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of sales executives.
+ Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
+ Handle discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
+ Provide leadership to the sales team.
+ Meet planned sales goals.
+ Train the new team members in scanning their districts, sales training, account management, collections & data entry on google sheets and CRM.
+ Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
+ Track sales goals and report results as necessary.
+ Follow up on the collection of sales, and other KPIs.
+ Create, and follow up on all team’s accounts management activities.
+ Come up with new “street scanning” tactics and ensure new team members are on top of their districts.
+ Monitor competition in his domain and recommend actions to counter their strategies.
+ Identify and analyse customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
+ Assign and set targets, and objectives for sales teams.
+ Consult with potential customers to understand their needs; identify and suggest equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs.
+ Resolve customer complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
+ Handle customer escalations.
+ Act as a company representative to build an ongoing healthy business relationship with dubizzle’s clients in his assigned territory.
+ Review, and set the Monthly, and quarterly evaluations.
+ Review team KPIs and align the team with the preset goals.
+ Coach, train, shadow, and lead on-ground team(s), and on-phone team(s) to achieve growth goals.
+ Plan, conduct, and follow up on the team’s personal and sales skills development plans.
