Senior IT Network Security Engineer

Network:
-Design and implement robust network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems.
-Configure and maintain network devices to ensure optimal performance and availability.
-Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, identifying and addressing the root causes.
-Implement and manage network security measures, such as access control, intrusion detection, and virtual private networks (VPNs).
-Monitor network performance and generate reports to identify potential bottlenecks or security threats.
-Maintain accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
-Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to align network requirements with business needs.
-Communicate with vendors and service providers to identify and implement appropriate networking solutions.

Security:-Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and best practices.
-Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities within the organization's systems and networks.
-Establish and manage incident response and threat detection protocols to mitigate security incidents.
-Design secure network architectures and implement access control mechanisms.
-Perform regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify and address security weaknesses.
-Develop and deliver security awareness training to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
-Ensure the organization's compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001) by auditing systems, networks, and processes.
-Investigate security incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
-Collaborate with vendors and service providers to integrate and manage cybersecurity solutions.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation, including security policies, incident response plans, and security architecture diagrams.
