الوصف الوظيفي

  • Sales and Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the logistics industry.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
    • Present and promote logistics services to prospective clients.
  • Client Relationship Management

    • Manage and grow relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Market Research and Analysis

    • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and potential opportunities.
    • Analyze market data to develop strategies for increasing market share.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Prepare sales forecasts budgets and reports.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management

    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts.
    • Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and procedures.
    • Monitor contract performance and address any discrepancies.
  • Collaboration and Coordination

    • Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to align sales activities with overall business objectives.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.


  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 2 years of experience in sales within the logistics industry. Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
