Job description
Tasks : End to End -Sourcing, Recruiting andonboarding new employees in EU Region and India. Creation of thepersonnel requirementplanning Sourcing, Recruiting andonboardingnew employees in EU Region and India. Exposure to ATS Platform,Linkedin Sourcing and otherrecruitment tech platforms. Furtherdevelopmentof the onboarding strategy Implementation and trackingofemployer branding initiatives Preparation of discussionsanddocumentation of probationary periods, feedback anddevelopmentdiscussions Support for new employees in integratingtocompany. Personnel data management andadministration(digitization of documents) Cooperation with theother European country organizations. Conditions: Bachelor s orMaster s Degree Sound knowleddge on Globalrecruitment processespecially EU region. Prior experiencemandatory. Sound experiencein the entire recruitingprocess Good knowledge of employerbranding.Confident handling of MS Office applications and Recruitment ATSplatforms. Excellent English speaking andcontent writing skillsPerks : • This is a total remote job.
