Overview:
As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at our organization you will play a critical role in aligning human resources strategy with business goals. You will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance to senior leaders and managers ensuring the development and implementation of HR initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide HR guidance and support to senior leaders and managers
- Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and performance management
- Lead and support change management initiatives
- Conduct workforce planning and talent management
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
- Partner with management to drive a highperformance culture
- Provide coaching and support on HRrelated matters
- Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver comprehensive HR solutions
- Support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop proactive solutions
- Facilitate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment laws
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and action planning
- Lead or support HRrelated projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist
- Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles and best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to analyze and interpret HR data and metrics
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) preferred
- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in a fastpaced dynamic environment
