We own and manage around 17,500 homes across the full range of types and tenures, which represents around a third of total households in the borough. Moreover, we’re busy developing 1,800 new homes, schools, community halls and play areas through schemes which are co-produced, sustainable and self-financing. Our team of over 500 dedicated housing professionals work tirelessly to deliver our vision of providing safe, decent homes within a thriving community where people want to live.
