Provide technical and professional engineering assistance and guidance in the standards and application of materials spare parts and equipment in support of Sadara turnarounds.
Review new article and article change requests for compatibility with standardization procedures and policies and initiate corrective action as required.
Monitors supplier performances regarding timelines and completeness of deliveries
Work closely with the procurement and supply chain to ensure all materials are available at site before the Turnaround and assure availability and readiness of materials as per schedule for turnaround by monitoring Turnaround materials from PR stage to material delivery on site and working with Materials Coordinator to track and expedite deliveries
Act as focal point on all turnaround material issues.
Review turnaround job packages and identify material requirements and consolidate and optimize material needs for the turnarounds.
Prepares materials report for Turnaround and maintains materials database and material follow up reports highlighting areas of concern.
Coordinates with the warehouse and monitors deliveries of Turnaround materials
Work closely with maintenance engineers to determine material specifications and alternatives.
Ensures the issuance of material to contractor before Turnaround.
Participate in discussions regarding repair and/or return of materials.
Carry out field checks to verify material information.
Manage and lead material reconciliation and return after each Turnaround
Participate in turnaround closeout reports preparation and contribute to lesion learned capturing
Maintains Library for all Turnaround material details for future reference
Performs any other jobrelated activities as requested by the immediate supervisor.

BSc Engineering. Experience:
Minimum 5 years as Materials Engineer.
Minimum 1 full cycle major TA s as full fulltime TA Material Engineer.
Skills: Proficient English Communication skills both orally and written.
Proficient level of interactive skills.

Proficient computer skills: SAP MSoffice
