Position: Content Creator Company Overview: Phoenix House Foundation Inc is a leading nonprofit organization that provides highquality substance abuse treatment and prevention services to individuals and families across the United States. With over 50 years of experience Phoenix House is dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve longterm recovery. Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team in Denver CO. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to promote Phoenix Houses mission and services. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging and informative content for various platforms including our website social media and email marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that support Phoenix Houses mission and goals Create compelling and informative content for our website social media channels and email marketing campaigns Conduct research and interviews to gather information for content creation Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content Monitor and analyze content performance and make recommendations for improvement Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in content creation and digital marketing Work with graphic designers and videographers to create visual content to accompany written pieces Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is accurate and aligns with organizational messaging and branding Assist with other marketing initiatives and projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field 2 years of experience in content creation preferably in a nonprofit or healthcare setting Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for and understanding of substance abuse treatment and prevention We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health insurance retirement plans and paid time off.
