Software Engineer

Role:

• Provide satisfaction to our customer by contributing to improve their experience
• Serve as a subject matter expert for cloud support for the support teams
• Talk to a lot of people in order to understand the inner working of some services
• Setup test equipment such as cars and rigs to reproduce your issue
• Be well connected to know ahead what changes are getting implemented
• Build solid documentation on how to solve some misconfiguration you identify
• Help design interface and tools to make support easier and faster

Essential requirements:

• BSc degree or higher in engineering or equivalent experience
• Master the English language both spoken and in writing
• AWS Docker Kubernetes Envoy Istio
• Jira GitLab GitHub Maven GitOps Argo CD
• Splunk Linux/ssh/bash Grafana
