To achieve this, we are seeking for Junior Project Manager across all levels of experience (junior/mid/senior) to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

The Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and update project status to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify and address project risks and issues in a timely manner
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members
- Support the senior project manager in managing project changes and ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for future projects
- Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices and tools
- To qualify for the role, you must have
- 1 - 3 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills in English and Greek (Greek not mandatory)
- Ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment
- Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen is a must
- Ability to foster an efficient, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
- Experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels of the organization including senior management and C-level
- Willingness and ability to commute in Cyprus for local projects and abroad for international projects.
