Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Education or a related field.
- Certifications in Training of Trainers (TOT) and instructional design.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a learning and development role preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving skills. Proficiency in using elearning platforms and other training tools.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in sourcing, purchasing, or merchandising in the retail or fashion industry. Proven track record of developing sourcing strategies and successfully managing supplier relationships. Strong understanding of market research techniques and tools. Proficiency in negotiating contracts and managing complex supplier agreements. Ability to evaluate supplier capabilities against company needs for quality, compliance, and production capacity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
