• Responsibility for setting up and expanding the sales office in Turkey (name location) in cooperation with the headquarters in G tersloh
  
• Responsibility for the implementation of the sales strategy
  
• Operational management of the branch including personnel responsibility
  
• Independent development and support of trading partner structures and key customers
  
• Conducting price and contract negotiations
  
• Budget responsibility and regular reporting to headquarters
