Our client is a leading financial services company in Vietnam who is looking for an experienced talent to join their firm:
  • Operational Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company s overall business goals.
    • Design and implement business operations plans ensuring that they support the firm s strategic objectives.
    • Work closely with the CEO and other executives to establish and implement short and longterm goals objectives policies and operating procedures.
  • Process Improvement and Efficiency:
    • Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency productivity and profitability.
    • Implement best practices across all levels of the organization.
    • Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and enhance operational performance.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Lead and manage the operations team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and mentor staff ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to meet company goals.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Client Services and Relationship Management:
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by improving service delivery models and client relationship management processes.
    • Oversee client service operations to ensure consistent and excellent service.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
    • Oversee risk management and compliance functions to ensure the firm adheres to all relevant regulations and standards.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Financial Oversight and Budget Management:
    • Manage operational budgets to ensure costeffectiveness and financial efficiency.
    • Oversee financial operations including accounting budgeting and financial reporting.
    • Work with the CFO to develop financial strategies and plans to support the firm s growth.
  • Technology and Systems Management:
    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology systems to support business operations.
    • Ensure that the firm s technology infrastructure is secure reliable and scalable.
    • Collaborate with the IT department to leverage technology for operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 8y working experience in operational management roles with 5y in a senior leadership position within the financial services industry.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in process improvement and operational efficiency techniques.
  • Indepth knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
