Our client is a leading financial services company in Vietnam who is looking for an experienced talent to join their firm:
- Operational Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company s overall business goals.
- Design and implement business operations plans ensuring that they support the firm s strategic objectives.
- Work closely with the CEO and other executives to establish and implement short and longterm goals objectives policies and operating procedures.
- Process Improvement and Efficiency:
- Analyze and improve operational processes to increase efficiency productivity and profitability.
- Implement best practices across all levels of the organization.
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and enhance operational performance.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage the operations team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop and mentor staff ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to meet company goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Client Services and Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by improving service delivery models and client relationship management processes.
- Oversee client service operations to ensure consistent and excellent service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
- Risk Management and Compliance:
- Oversee risk management and compliance functions to ensure the firm adheres to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Financial Oversight and Budget Management:
- Manage operational budgets to ensure costeffectiveness and financial efficiency.
- Oversee financial operations including accounting budgeting and financial reporting.
- Work with the CFO to develop financial strategies and plans to support the firm s growth.
- Technology and Systems Management:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology systems to support business operations.
- Ensure that the firm s technology infrastructure is secure reliable and scalable.
- Collaborate with the IT department to leverage technology for operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 8y working experience in operational management roles with 5y in a senior leadership position within the financial services industry.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in process improvement and operational efficiency techniques.
- Indepth knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
