• Candidate must have handson experience in managing and troubleshooting the issues in network LAN WAN and Wireless infrastructure (Meraki and WLC)
• Candidate must have handson experience on troubleshooting and upgradation of Ciscoand Nexus switches.
• Candidate must have knowledge and handson experience to troubleshoot & resolve the complex WiFi related issues with Meraki and Cisco 5500 & 9800 series WLCs and handson experience of firmware upgradation on the same
• Candidate must have thorough understanding of routing protocols like BGP & OSPF switching technologies like STP VLAN management and must be capable of troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues
• Candidate should have understanding of NetScaler Load Balancing concepts and working experience on NetScaler load balancers
• Candidate should have good understanding of Cisco ISE
• Candidate must be customer oriented with excellent blend of technical knowledge Innovative solution design abilities documentation skills and SLA understanding are required.
• Candidate must have good problem solving and analytical skills. Must have excellent interpersonal communication (both verbal and written) documentation and presentation skills
• Candidate must be open for 24x7 shift rotation as per client operations requirements.
