Job Title: Outbound Sales Manager LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 3500 USD

Work Schedule: MondayFriday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST

Position Overview:
The Outbound Sales Manager will be instrumental in developing scripts and playbooks for our outbound sales organization. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to refine outreach strategies overseeing the performance of outbound sales hires and ensuring that all KPIs are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a strategic mindset to drive the success of the outbound sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Develop and implement effective scripts and playbooks for outbound sales activities.
    • Oversee the process of making outbound cold calls to potential clients using targeted lists.
  • Team Management:
    • Directly oversee and manage all outbound sales hires.
    • Ensure team members are meeting KPIs and provide guidance to improve performance.
    • Assist in interviewing and hiring new candidates for the outbound sales team.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
    • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to improve outreach efforts.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular followups and engagement.
  • Data Management:
    • Keep accurate records of interactions with potential clients in the CRM system.
    • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach strategies and lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in sales particularly in managing outbound sales teams.
  • Ability to develop and refine sales scripts and playbooks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Motivated selfstarter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

NicetoHaves:

  • Experience in email marketing.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly.
