Our client is a newly developed travel company that focuses its service on Hajj and Umrah.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the companys overall operations including strategic planning budgeting and goal setting.
- Developing and implementing business strategies to increase revenue and market share in the Hajj and Umrah travel industry.
- Overseeing the sales and marketing efforts to attract and retain clients interested in Hajj and Umrah packages.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners such as airlines hotels and local tour operators to ensure smooth execution of travel services.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to Hajj and Umrah travel.
- Managing a team of employees including recruitment training and performance evaluations.
- Handling customer inquiries and addressing any issues or complaints related to Hajj and Umrah travel services.
- Staying updated on industry trends competitor activities and market conditions to make informed business decisions.
- Monitoring financial performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to meet company goals.
- Promoting a positive company culture that values respect diversity and teamwork among employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in the travel industry with specific expertise in Hajj and Umrah services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities
- Financial acumen and budget management experience
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards
