الوصف الوظيفي
- Electrical design and development.
- Awareness of software preferably B&R system for the machines and application.
- To perform the development activities in machines for the feature addition cost reduction and performance improvement.
- Preparing electrical circuitry Bill of Material (BOM/BOQ) cable schedule and other designing documents.
- To support internal agencies including CTS Spares and marketing deptt against the specific requirements.
- Working in SAP and maintaining all designing documents.
- To support production against changes in design and implementing new developments etc as standard in scheme.
- To support service team for getting them understand the new design changes and modifications in design and to troubleshoot the customers problem. This may require travelling to customers site also.
- To prepare design documents and design notes for various agencies against the new design change and proposals for references.
- Lab testing as well as active (prototype) testing of all kind of changes against new development and design change including software change.
- To work in conjunction with other functional areas specifically with mechanical design to achieve the common design goals. Team spirit is must to achieve organizational goals.
- Taking care of R&D machines with the help of electricians. This gives handson experience and confidence about performance and capability of machine and accordingly to explore areas of improvements.
- Meeting specific customized requirements from electrical design side.
- Responsible for keeping a close coordination on behalf of design with production SCM marketing.
- Creating Super BOM OD of new FG code of T/L Printing.
- Alternate component sourcing and solutions for the product.
