Were now looking for a handson Account Executive to join our team and work on our new product: Overloop AI.

Tasks
Your mission is to acquire highquality customers for Overloop AI our new AIpowered Sales Automation Platform.
Youll:
- Close deals consistently to achieve your individual sales target.
- Build and grow your pipeline. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
- Leverage Inbound (demo requests) and Outbound (using Overloop AI to find leads).
How do we measure success
After 3 months:
- You deeply understand Overloop business operations including the competitive landscape and internal tools & processes.
- You master the product and you can conduct a demo perfectly.
- You have built an outbound pipeline and closed some high deals (1000 credits)
After 12 months:
- You have reached most of your monthly quotas.
- You are an expert on the product.
- You are closing inbound leads.
- You have developed good relationships with your clients and your pipeline is filled via referrals from these existing clients.
Requirements
- 2 years as an Account Executive selling B2B solutions
- Perfectly Fluent in English. French or Spanish is a plus!
- Knowledge of the outbound industry
- Consistent track record of (over) achieving targets
- A problemsolving approach to the prospects challenges
- Entrepreneurial spirit: your pipeline is your business; you need to own it and embrace it
