Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by handling inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels including phone email and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to customer emails and chats promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information order status billing inquiries and other servicerelated issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and current information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computer systems including customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
