Role: Service Advisor (Car Dealership)
Basic Salary: Up to 31000 (depending on experience) OTE circa 40000
Location: Croydon CR5

They are now actively looking for a Service Advisor for their Croydon Dealership.
As such they require a selfmotivated individual who is able to use their own initiative to work alongside our existing team in their busy service department
Job Purpose:
As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for delivering a courteous and efficient reception ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Ensuring high standards of quality workmanship and support continuous process improvement.
Job Duties:
- To greet all customers cheerfully and attend to their requirements promptly.
- To obtain and record full customer/vehicle details and accurate description of work to be carried out.
- To liaise with the Senior Service Advisor /Service Manager on the progress of vehicles in the Workshop.
- To inform customers of any delay in completion.
- To maintain the Workshop loading system.
- To inform customers of any work which it has not been possible to carry out and arrange future appointment for completion.
- To prepare both cash and account invoices.
- To present cash customers with an invoice and receive payment before the vehicle is removed from the premises.
- To deal with customer queries and complaints.
- To ensure that information required for Warranty items is recorded on the Job Card.
- To liaise with Parts Department regarding parts on order for vehicles in the Workshop/Service customers/forthcoming bookings.
- To file Job Cards and other documentation.
- Help achieve sales targets as set out by the Aftersales Service Manage

Requirements
About You:
- Motor Trade experience is essential
- Strong Customer Service / Administrative experience
- Motivation to progress into a more senior role with greater responsibilities
- Flexible approach and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a selling/customer service environment.
- Full driving licence
- Evidence of Right to Work in the UK
