Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager
AOP preparation review & monitoring
Preparation of 1 / 3 / 5 year plan for the company & various business units
Review of budget vs actuals and variance analysis
Review department wise AOP vs projections vs actual expenses
Strong business driving capabilities
Custodianship of Corporate cost
Daily / Monthly Performance Review
Review of Daily & Monthly Corporate cost
Cost center analysis & strong control over expenses
Review of expenses and identify areas for savings strong collaboration with respective
departments to understand their cost and enable cost efficiency / cost saving controls
Preparation of various MIS dashboards
Adhoc management reporting
Investor & Stakeholder management
Periodic business performance reporting to investors & Board
Periodic business performance reporting to different stakeholders based on business
requirement
Preparing 5 years projections and coordination for yearend company valuation
Key Skills
