The HR Intern plays a pivotal role in the organizations recruitment process by effectively communicating with potential candidates conducting interviews and assisting with administrative HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main Work is to take telephonic interview of IT student. If they selected or Reject you have to send mail.
- We will provide complete three days of training.
- Candidate have good internet connection and smartphone. salary will be 810K per month.
- Work timing 1pm to 5Pm
- Hindi / English speaking is must.
- You can work from home only.
- Engaging in outbound and inbound calls to potential candidates.
- Screening and qualifying candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
- Scheduling and conducting initial interviews with potential candidates.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Updating and maintaining the HR database with candidate information.
- Supporting HR initiatives and programs.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
- Assisting with adhoc HR projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Any fresher can apply
- Graduate / UG can apply.
- Job time 1pm to 6Pm. Sunday off
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated organizational and administrative skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
