A Sales Intern at the digital marketing firm Guide O Buzz will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their monthly target of 40000. The internship offers a stipend of 5000 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation
Identify and qualify potential customers through market research and prospecting
Reach out to leads via phone email and social media to generate interest and book sales meetings
Maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities and track progress using CRM tools
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
Customer Relationship Management
Provide excellent customer service to existing clients
Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services
Assist in the onboarding and support of new clients
Reporting and Analytics
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare regular reports on sales activities pipeline and goal progress
Suggest datadriven improvements to the sales process
